This high-performance lubricant, Anti-Seize Ceramic, boasts state-of-the-art properties and is temperature-resistant from -40 °C to 1400 °C and extremely pressure-resistant up to 220 N/mm². Its high lubricity reduces metal-to-metal friction. In stainless steels, it prevents stress corrosion cracking and contact corrosion between dissimilar metals. It offers excellent thermal conductivity and extreme pressure resistance. It protects against rust and corrosion. It, also, exhibits good resistance to many chemicals, fresh and salt water, and moderate acids and alkalis.
Anti-Seize Ceramic simplifies the mechanical release of bolts, screws, bushings, gaskets, spark plugs, glow plugs, brake calipers, burners, boilers, engine casings, etc. This is particularly beneficial in the food industry (as it is free of graphite and other metals).
High-alloy steels, as well as light and non-ferrous metals, are increasingly used in this application. It is not possible to rule out undesirable interactions between the paste and the material when using metal-containing assembly pastes.
